Martha & Walter (Mari & Wal), my nan and grandad
So many happy memories of the time we spent together. Day trips with our pennies to play the one armed bandits on Southend pier, feeding the pigeons in Trafalgar Square, rowing boats in Regent's Park, shouting in the Whispering Gallery at St Paul's Cathedral, and endless viewings of grandad's video compilations of Tom & Jerry (no on-demand TV in those days!). I wish my children had the chance to meet you, they would've loved you as much as I did.
